The desert for me was the discovery of a new world, completely opposite of that which I know. It teaches you that silence is the perfect sound, in which the heart finds peace from modern commotion. It is the desert that allows you to appreciate sweating and having tired legs, reminding you of sensations forgotten with our modern comforts. You discover the wild through a wolf approaching out of curiosity. You are amazed by the endless changes of sand and its colors. It was a journey, a fantastic experience and above all a discovery. Quality.
A trip of quality.
The wonder aroused by the desert brings to mind words so essential such as silence, freedom, discovery, authenticity, simplicity, earth, sky, soul…… I share them all profoundly, but desire to underline the QUALITY of this trip that manages to bring to light the quality of itself, the people, the place, of the absence and the present. It is really a spontaneous therapy. The crescendo of beauty on the journey, the continuous surprises but above all the spirit with which it is proposed and carried out repeat the idea of quality. Beauty, quality and easy to get along, how far do we have to walk to take ownership and make it ours? Thanks to the staff, who take away any organizational weight for four days and give us the opportunity to live in freedom and absolute security in the unspoiled nature, just in the company of a good team spirit. I don't know what more you could ask for! Thank to those who have experienced first hand these sensations and had the desire to share the with others by creating these trips made for everyone. I
could say that the adventure in the desert is a metaphor for the
adventures of a lifetime: it crosses an area inaccessible and
beautiful at the same time, forces you to feel its energy and
focus on the present moment that is a treasure chest of survival,
tense to arrive at the element essential for life, water. Also
for this reason for me it was a journey of the spirit, as a prerequisite
to the so called "everyday life", in which the essentials
are often replaced by those "virtual". The desert has
an unspoiled serenity in which you can be yourself.

Our
meeting took place on a rainy November evening and immediately
I felt a great energy. Your beautiful shape so petite but strong,
sensitive and regal, brought new lifeblood to my life and finally
one sunny day in May when I decided to follow you to your desert.
Now, thanks also to Max, I find myself enriched by the vision of an incredibly majestic and magical place and the emotions it transmits. I am happy and sure that as time passes the memories will be stronger. Who follows you, Carla, deepens their spirit. It is said that everyone of us on this earth should play out our mission: you fulfil a wonderful mission that brings joy and vitality. Even those who think they can't do it…..you can Infinite thanks. The
emotions aroused by Carla's books, are present on the infinite
horizon called the Desert…. a marvellous confirmation to
have Carla walking silently beside me respecting my time, and
telling her story with extreme humility and simplicity.
Incredible how the complete silence sounds in a clear and uniform tone! To face the desert day after day served each of us, and slowly it began to move its limits, step after step, helping me to rediscover the essence of small things, of small achievements…. Desert Therapy was a wonderful walk with myself, in which nothing could interfere if not dictated by the soul: a journey with completely diverse people but who are united in our great desire for discovery and renewal.
