LETTERS

Once again, the participants of the forth edition of desert therapy wanted to write a few words of good wishes to our new travellers. This wonderful tradition continues to happen naturally. Striking phrases, rich testimonies of sentiment and affection enrich those who write them and also those who receive them.

Hi Everyone!
I am Maddalena and I participated in Desert Therapy in March. I am sure that the things you see in these days will remain in your heart forever: the walks are so beautiful, changing every few miles; it is emotional to walk on the purple rocks, and even more so to discover the fossilized seashells hidden a few centimetres under the sand.
But what is incredible is to find yourself, almost unexpectantly, surrounded by the white pinnacles!
Trustingly immerse yourself in the "pampering" of Carla, Max, the chef with his simple dishes that are delicious and the camel-driver with his peace.
Remember to look at the night sky…it is indescribable!
Have a good tip…and think of me!!!!
Maddalena

Hi Carla and to the participants,
I limit myself to a hello because I think the feelings evoked during every travel experience, especially in an environment so profound as the desert, are very different person to person. Therefore I wish for you to just live this experience to its very deepest. Upon your return, if you want, there will be an opportunity to discuss and compare the emotions you experience. With a little envy….have a good trip!
Luisa

Dearest Carla and Max,
Your next departure is nearing, and I want to wish you and your new companions a marvellous vacation and what I believe is an unforgettable experience.
We truly hope to be on one of the next trips with you

Welcome!
Dear new friends. Welcome to the Desert Therapy family, what can I tell you about the desert? I am not able to define the most wonderful trip of my life.
Here the physical sensations are all one with those of the body and mind.
It is difficult to distinguish what I have seen, what I experienced. I am in great harmony with myself, walking, thinking, praying. Watching ecstatically the sunrises, living the sunsets, admiring the great star-filled sky and enjoying the great silence. (the coveted silence)
I feel at peace, more serene than I have ever felt, I knew the desert would give me a lot, but I never imagined this much…!
Thank you Carla, thank you Max for letting me experience this magic.
I promise myself to return soon.
A warm greeting to all and Good Walking.
Mariolina
How I envy you!!!

Dear Carla,
I want to let you know that you are often in my thoughts and in my heart. I can never forget the trip we embarked on together and above all you. I follow you often in your numerous speaking engagements and write you to wish you a safe trip and to all the new friends of Desert Therapy who return to our desert, as I like to call it our desert because I feel it is also mine and for this I am very thankful to you. When you are there, say hi it the desert for me and see you soon. I hope that you can organize something else, but always there.
Angela
